Introduction
Hi and welcome to RAS-DS online.
RAS-DS online is hosted by the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Sydney.
Now that you have accessed RAS-DS online, or registered with RAS-DS on-line, you will be prompted to track your own recovery. This requires you to enter some personal information that you can return to in the future. You do not have to provide the information requested on this site, however if you do not, you will not be able to use the full functionality of the site (e.g., you will not be able to use the online version of the RAS-DS and you will not be able to compare your results over time using the online graphs). Even if you do not provide us with any information, you will still be able to access and use the printable version of the RAS-DS and access the workbook to engage in activities that are designed to support you in your recovery journey.
Collection of your information
We may collect information in lots of different ways including (but not limited to) registration or other forms completed and provided to us electronically and completions of the RAS-DS online. We may also collect website and App statistics but this information will not be used to identify individuals. The type of information that we collect from you includes your user-name, email address, age, gender, most recent diagnosis and your RAS-DS scores and comments. Some research activities may require some of the information you have provided including age, gender, most recent diagnosis and your RAS-DS scores and comments. We will not use any potentially identifying information such as user-name or email address in our research activities. These are only needed so that you can track your recovery over time.
